Yes, we offer both analog and digital watches across various brands and collections. We also have smartwatches and hybrid models that combine traditional watch aesthetics with modern technology.

Warranty Information

What is covered under warranty?

Our standard warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This includes issues with watch movements, hands, dials, and casing. The warranty period varies by brand but typically ranges from 1-2 years for most watches and up to 5 years for some premium brands.

What is not covered under warranty?

The warranty does not cover: battery replacement, damage caused by accidents, improper handling, water damage if water resistance limits are exceeded, normal wear and tear, straps/bracelets, or damage from unauthorized repairs.

How do I claim warranty service?

To claim warranty service, please bring your watch along with the original warranty card and purchase receipt to our store. Our team will assess the issue and process your warranty claim. For minor issues, we typically resolve them within 3-5 business days. More complex repairs may take 2-3 weeks.

Do you offer watch repair services?

Yes, we offer comprehensive watch repair services performed by certified watchmakers. Our services include battery replacement, movement repairs, water resistance testing, crystal replacement, bracelet adjustments, and complete overhauls. We service both quartz and mechanical watches.

How long does a typical repair take?

Simple repairs like battery replacement are usually completed within 24 hours. More complex repairs typically take 2-3 weeks depending on the availability of parts. We'll provide you with an estimated timeline when you bring in your watch for service.

Can you repair vintage watches?

Yes, our expert watchmakers have experience with vintage timepieces. However, the repair process for vintage watches can be more complex due to the availability of parts. We'll assess your vintage watch and provide a consultation before proceeding with any repairs.

Sizing Guide

How do I measure my wrist for a watch?

To measure your wrist, use a flexible tape measure or a piece of string around your wrist where you normally wear your watch. Mark where the string meets and measure its length against a ruler. Add 0.5-1 inch to this measurement for a comfortable fit. Most men's watches are between 7-8 inches and women's between 6-7 inches.

What's the difference between watch case sizes?

Watch case sizes refer to the diameter of the watch face. Generally: Small (26-29mm) - Petite women's watches; Medium (34-38mm) - Standard women's and small men's watches; Large (40-42mm) - Standard men's watches; Extra Large (44mm+) - Oversized men's watches. The right size depends on your wrist size and personal preference.

Can I adjust the bracelet size myself?

While some metal bracelets can be adjusted with simple tools, we recommend having bracelet adjustments done professionally to avoid damaging the links or clasp. We offer free bracelet sizing with any watch purchase at our store. Leather and nylon straps are easier to adjust and often come with multiple holes for sizing.

How do I place an order?

You can place an order through our website by adding items to your cart and proceeding to checkout. Alternatively, you can visit our physical store in Pune or contact us via phone or email to place an order. We also offer virtual consultations to help you choose the right watch.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods including cash, credit/debit cards, bank transfers, UPI payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and EMI options through leading banks. All online transactions are secure and encrypted.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, we offer complimentary gift wrapping services for all purchases. We can also include a personalized message card. For special occasions, we offer premium gift packaging options at a nominal charge.

Shipping & Returns

What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return policy for unworn watches in their original condition with all tags, packaging, and documents intact. The watch must not show any signs of wear or damage. Customized or engraved watches cannot be returned. Returns are subject to inspection and approval by our team.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within India. We offer free shipping for orders above ₹5,000. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days within Maharashtra and 5-7 business days to other states. Express shipping options are available at an additional cost.

What if my watch arrives damaged?

If your watch arrives damaged, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund once we verify the damage. Please do not remove tags or wear the watch if it appears damaged upon arrival.
